Individual Personal Training in the convenience of your own home. Jana will work with the equipment you have and bring some of her own for a complete full body workout. Jana will help you stay on track with detailed workouts to do in between training sessions and nutrition guidance. Every workout is specifically designed for you.*If you have a little one at home and find it difficult to get to the gym, no need to find a sitter. Jana has many years experience working with children. Your child may join our workout or play nearby during your session.

Grab your neighbor, your spouse or a friend and train together.  Training together may keep you motivated, is fun and will save you money!  Jana will help each of you reach your goals with detailed workouts to do in between training sessions and nutrition guidance.  Limited to 4 people max.
