Before you get into the shower…
Tub Triceps Dips
Both feet should be flat on the ground,hip width apart.
Place both hands on either side of you, (close to your hips) with your fingers facing forward.
Push your tush off the edge of the tub and support yourself with your arms and core muscles.
Bend your elbows as you lower your body, toward the ground. Make sure you bend your elbows straight back keeping them close to your sides. Do as many as you can!
While you wait for your coffee to brew…
Counter Push Ups
While you blow dry your hair…
As you dry your hair, bend knees and lower your torso, keeping your back straight and abs tight.
Squeeze your glutes and come to standing position. Repeat.
Before heading back upstairs…
Rise up onto the toes and then slowly back down.
To make this harder it can be performed on one leg at a time. Beginners start with 20 reps. Advanced exercisers go for 50 reps!
While you brush your teeth…
Stand about two feet in front of a wall and lean back against it. Slide down until your knees are at about 90-degree angles, make sure your knees don’t go past your toes. Hold until you’re done brushing your teeth.
There you go! NO Excuses.
