Jana’s Ladder~ Add this to your workout repertoire.

I find that this workout format distracts me from the clock. I work hard and don’t focus so much on “when is this going to be over?!” Try it and let me know what you think!

You can choose any 2 exercises you like. This can be done with or without equipment. I suggest pairing a cardio exercise with a strengthening exercise. You can do one set or as many as you like to make it a longer workout.

You will see in the video that I did a full 30 minutes and then just as I was about to finish, my phone crashed and I lost the video. So, this is an example of one set.
