You can do all 4 sets or break it up into small 4 minute workouts. Please modify and work as hard as YOU can. The workouts that I post on YouTube are meant to improve your fitness and you must work at the pace that challenges YOU. If you are not benefitting from an exercise, modify so you do.
I use my BOSU and weights but this workout can be done without any equipment at all.
