20 mountain climbers + 1 jump squat = 21 reps
19 mountain climbers + 2 jumps squats = 21 reps
18 mountain climbers + 3 jump squats = 21 reps
And so on. You can do this with any two exercises. After I completed this, since I wasn’t feeling all that well, I cut it in half and did 11 reps like this
10 chest presses + 1 triceps overhead press = 11
9 chest presses + 2 triceps overhead press = 11 and so on.
I did the same things with crunches on a mini ball and bent over rows.
Then I did a series of upper body like 15 reps of biceps curls, triceps kickbacks and side crunches on the bosu ball x 4 sets.
