Stress stinks. Rather than being a joyful time, holidays tend to bring it on in full force. A few ways to beat stress is to eat well (don’t get hangry!) sleep and find ways to release it. In the season of giving, don’t forget to give yourself something; time. Even a few moments to yourself now and then will do you wonders. If you can, schedule a massage, take a nap, read a book and move! Exercise is a great stress reliever. Find something you like to do and go do it. Don’t get trapped on the couch. You will feel better releasing that toxic energy now and then.
