If you are choosing that 100 calorie snack pack instead of an apple you may as well eat the wrapper it came it too because that is about the nutritional equivalent. The apple is packed with nutrients like vitamin C, fiber, folate, potassium, B6, etc.

You are not a trash bin, do not fill your body with garbage to spare a few calories. It won’t work the way you want it to in the end.
