One of my clients said to me “I wish we could do one of those body switch sort of things like the movie Big and you could jump into my body and workout every day.” That may not be possible but a pill that motivates you to exercise may be the next best thing.
A team of Swedish researchers found that elevating a hormone in the brain called erythropoietin motivated mice to exercise more. People always say isn’t there a pill I can take so I can be thin without working out? I figure it is only a matter of time. BUT I am willing to bet that once said pill hits the market it will be discovered that the pill is linked to some sort of cancer or something.
I do not care how much you want to believe that you can get the results you want without any work- it does not happen that way. YOU MUST DO THE WORK TO ACHIEVE THE RESULTS YOU DESIRE.
And if that magic pill does exist, it may make you skinny but it won’t keep you healthy. The hardest part is getting to the gym or starting the workout. It shouldn’t take a pill to get you there but whatever your motivation may be; just get there.
