Mother nature has screwed you.
You thought you had a little more time to get ready for tank tops and shorts but the weather report is telling a different story.
All of those ” I’ve got time, I will start tomorrows,” has left you with bingo arms and saddle bags. It is tomorrow and the time to start is now. No matter what you do today, make a few minutes about you and your health. Even a few minutes is better than nothing.
