No matter where you are, there has got to be a step available to use. Here are some things I did on a step this am:

Step ups

Single leg step touch

Double leg Jump ups

Mtn. Climbers

Push ups

Triceps Dips

Burpee plus jump ups

Staggered push ups

Lunges – one foot on step


Now get up and MOVE!
